These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Commercial AI Guy Studios ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of the Roley mobile application and related services (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using Roley, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Roley. If you are under the age of 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may only use Roley with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Roley for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by law.

3. Subscriptions, pricing & billing

Roley offers paid subscription tiers (Pro and Business), in addition to free features.

• Plans & limits: Pro includes a limited number of Business Stacks per billing period; Business includes unlimited Business Stacks. Specific features and limits are described in the App at the point of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your payment method is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Billing: Purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account.
• Managing & cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds: Purchases are handled by Apple and subject to Apple's refund policies. We do not directly process App Store refunds.
• Price changes: We may change subscription prices; changes apply to future billing periods and, where required, with notice and/or your consent.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes;
• submit content that is illegal, infringing, or violates others' rights;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the App or its systems;
• misuse AI features to generate prohibited or harmful content.
